It is called the Edelweiss PC, created by Pius Giger in Switzerland. Look like it is equipped with the water(oil) cooling system. No detail on the specs but this is more focus on the design.

CompuLab Fit PC2 (World’s Smallest PC)
CompuLab has released its Fit PC2, the world’s smallest PC. Choose from Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHz or Z510 1.1GHz processor, the Fit PC2 comes with an Intel US15W SCH chipset, an Intel GMA500 graphics, a 1GB RAM, a 2.5-inch SATA hard drive bay, a miniSD card slot, built-in WiFi, six USB 2.0 ports, HDMI out and running on XP or Ubuntu OS.
Earth Trek 90-805R the World’s Smallest Projector
A Hong Kong based company, Earth Trek has released the world’s smallest projector called the 90-805R mini projector. This mini projector comes with a card slot (SD/T-flash card), built-in lithium battery (1-2 hours), built-in speaker, MP4 player, and will shoot out a 22″ diagonal projection. 90-805R mini projector measures only 105 x 58 x 25mm and weighs 160g.
